1960

Indivers NV founded in the Netherlands

Over a period of 45 years, Indivers launched over 50 industrial niche companies in Europe, the USA and Asia. These companies make critical components for OEMs and end-users in the aerospace and power generation markets.

1991

Innovent is started in Boston, Massachusetts

The company uses materials knowledge, process skills and quality standards developed through its aerospace work to design, make and sell specialty components used in the production of semiconductors. The first products included PVD collimators and Molybdenum End Effectors, which are still in production today.

2005

Innovent Technologies becomes an independent company

Innovent Technologies is purchased by management to focus on the R&D, Nanotechnology, and Semiconductor Industries. Cleanrooms and Electromechanical knowledge are expanded to accelerate new product introduction and service requirements critical to these industries.

2011

First Capital Equipment Shipment to the Medical Industry

2017

Facility expansion, CNC investment, and new markets

Innovent expands into an additional 15,000 ft 2 and invests in CNC Milling, Automation, and EDM equipment to support our customer’s growth. Volume module shipments begin to Optics and Photonics clients. These industries also leverage our CNC machining, cleanrooms, and knowledge of lasers, mirrors and lenses, and tight assembly tolerances.
