These semiconductor processing laboratory tools are used for in-situ real-time diagnostics to equip the researcher with the tools needed for the development and application of advanced materials. We also manufacture Magnetic Field Imaging Tools. Magnetic field imaging techniques allow in a single tool the isolation of all static electrical faults (shorts, leakage and opens).
